Return policy

We're sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

If you’d like to return your product, please send an email to info@beolifestyle.com indicating which product you’d like to return and include your order number. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please check the website of your chosen carrier for the exact rates.

Within 5 business days after receiving your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the bank account used for the original payment. There are no additional costs for you.
